FREE PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Free plants are offered at total purchase costs before postage of £30 (single free plant), and £55 (two free plants).
Free plants are selected by The Cactus Shed, and cannot be specifically requested to comprise particular species or genera. This is to avoid exploitation of the offer to obtain more expensive/rarer species as free promotional items.
Free plants will not however necessarily be the cheapest/commonest by any means - on the contrary, much rarer/scarcer species have frequently been included with orders as free promotional items.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped to the postal address on your purchase receipt. Please make sure this information is correct before placing your order to avoid any delays or delivery issues. The Cactus Shed is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address, if the buyer supplied it. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to purchase. If the wrong address is provided and the package is returned to sender, the buyer must pay the shipping cost to have it sent to the correct address.
UK SHIPPING
Orders are shipped Royal Mail First Class as standard.
Orders up to the value of £44.99 will be shipped as a Royal Mail small parcel plus the cost of packing, totalling £4.50 per order.
Orders over £45.00 are generally physically larger and will be shipped as a Royal Mail medium parcel plus the cost of packing, totalling £6.50 per order.
Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days for first class.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Before I dispatch any item, you have the right to cancel your order anytime and receive a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with your item or change your mind, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, in it's original package. I will refund the price within 14 days of receiving the item.
As I am a small business I must kindly ask that you bear the costs of returning any orders, although I will refund the cost of return postage if the order is faulty or incorrect.
